My friend recently gave me his MiniLab.
He didn't give me any firmware or registration of any sort. I downloaded the Ableton Live template, but when I tried to configure it as a control surface, it would only show up in the Controller boxes, but not in the input or output boxes.
Also, I downloaded the only firmware I could find on the site, and when I tried to update the firmware through Midi Control Center, it said unknown firmware revision and the update button was grayed out.
Please excuse, for I don't have much experience with MIDI controllers, so I may be a complete idiot at this. But, I would appreciate some direction for this problem.
