Good day, Just adding my .02 to the topic, I have just updated to the latest firmware as of 6/2016 and I still have notes that are intermittent and at full velocity when they do play. I have been waiting on a return call or email from tech support and all I got was "We've received your inquiry".... but nothing else. I started investigating myself and found the update firmware, but as stated before, I still have problems.
Hoping this can be remedied quickly.
