Mixer faders not working with Ableton Live 9.6 and Keylab sliders

I can only get the first 4 sliders on my keylab 49 to control the first 4 audio faders in Ableton LIVE.The master volume and faders 5 to 8 do nothing.
1.What is the correct setting in preferences in LIVE for The Keylab 49
2.Everthing else works fine  i.e. transport  loop record etc.
3.Emailed support and they said deselect Keylab 49 as a control surface( this doesn't make sense if you are using your keyless to control LIVE
Any help appreciated

Fixed just had to update the firmware in my Keylab now all tickety Boo
