Finely adjusting parameters, how?

how do i for example finely adjust the attack parameter? will it work for all arturia products?

Mouse sensitity is affected by ctrl (PC) and shift. Though it seems to me that there are steps in the possible values. It's something that pops up in reviews of all Arturia's synths.
