MatrixBrute version 2, 3 and up

A bright future for the MatrixBrute

It's going to be great! But even now, before the official release of this beautiful instrument I can't stop thinking about what the next generations could bring.
Wouldn't it be great if the the labels above the matrix field could disappear and the buttons themselves would be replaced with tiny leds or paper ink displays that have a default label printed on them that changes when you you touch a knob in "button program" mode.

Then, a few years later when the hololens and other mixed reality devices will be mainstream we can do away with any kind of labeling, any kind text printed on the panel as the holo device can overlay whatever label/icon/animation is needed in that situation. Overlaying labels also makes it possible to change the layout of the panel immediately and store panel views to exchange panel views with others.

Buttons/switches and knob will only serve as anchor points for the holo device to create magnificent interface elements. A blank panel with knobs and buttons to provide the tactile experience would be enough.

The next step would be to have a completely blank panel with predefined touch areas, some areas will "feel" as a knob others as a button or a slider. Combining this with a holo devices makes it possible to create big interface surfaces at minimal cost.
This kind of inteligent tactile panels would Arturia to create a whole new generation of software/tactile panel instruments. they could then sell tactile panels in combination with with a panel view (s) stored in the holo device. This also solves the piracy problem.
And on and on and on......
