Hello! I'm brand new to virtual synths and got my first iPad this week - I purchased several apps, including Arturia Mini and ISEM. The Mini works great and the ISEM did at first (although it takes forever to load), but now - now matter what the setting or the program, if I hit the keyboard it crackles uncontrollably and unstoppably. I have to actually POWER OFF the entire iPad to get it to stop - it will interfere with other programs as it keeps going if I turn off ISEM and turn on anything else. Has anyone else had this issue? Is there a way to get a new download or something from Arturia since this is one day old and faulty. I checked every other program and they're all fine.
