Tutorial with screenshots on how to use MMV2 external input

I have constructed a short tutorial using SONAR 3.0 audio track of a live drummer into the external input of MMV2.  To make the tutorial even more interesting I don't just modify the audio, I use it with an envelope follower to drive the MMV2 sequencer.  Result: A bass line that follows the drummer.
