Multi channel analogue Mixer or beatstep / beatstep pro ?
« on: January 05, 2016, 09:33:37 pm »
Hi Folks , noob here to the forum and am looking for some advise. The equipment I use is as follows: MC 909 , Microbrute, tb-3 & Kaossilator Pro+ . I want to hook them all up but am unsure what to use , so as the title suggests I do not know what to use or am I going down a totally wrong road ?

All of my equipment have their own sequencers (barring the Kaossilator, but that has loops) so i don't need a sequencer per say. Any advice would be greatly received , many thanks.

Do you want to mix their audio outputs?  Do you want to sync them all using midi?
Need clarification.
Currently running https://www.modulargrid.net/e/racks/view/1311723 / www.modulargrid.net, sequencing with KSP and recording with a Zoom (no DAW involved, for better or worse ;) )

You should be able to just sync them via their built in midi ports so why would you need a beatstep pro? If you need to hear them all at once then get the mixer!
