My mini USB outlet on the BSP doesn not work anymore. The tech I was in communication with (probably in Europe) agreed that it needed to be shipped to an approved repair facility and I will be contacted by their US representative. It has now been 5 days and I have still to hear from them or Europe any more despite sending daily emails asking about the status. All I need is a simple shipping adress but it seems to be too much for the US branch to handle. Terrible customer service.
