Beatstep Pro power problems

Hi there, I'm having problems with the usb power connection, I wonder if other people have had the same issue.

I think its a hardware problem as the contact between the micro usb end of the power cable and the beatstep pro is causing the bsp to switch itself off randomly very often which is a real bummer.

I think i might have to return it

I have been having this issue for almost a month. Good luck with getting Arturia to do anything about it.I have not been able get them to do anything about mine.  See below.

hey, yeah I've been through your thread and it seems that I'm having exactly the same problem.

Hope you (we) get it sorted.
