The lab is a midi controller - doesn't produce sound by itself. Therefore you cannot attach speakers to it and produce sound.
You require a sound card via which your Lab keyboard can connect with your computer, play your Virtual instruments (Lab software) then produce sound on external audio/speakers (via outputs on yr soundcard)
