BSP as a Master in Ableton and PGM Change
« on: October 02, 2015, 01:41:09 pm »

My setup:
ableton live as a slave of BSP
What I am doing:
I have a system-1m configured as an external instrument and it is sequenced by the BSP.
What I want to do:
I want ableton to send program changes to the system-1m. Simply for the need to have it remember which program is played in a particular "song".
I have created an empty midi track and set Bank to --, Sub to 1 and PGM to 6 and I armed the track.
PGM change is sent successfully to the system-1m.

BUT:

How do I get ableton to start the tracks at all?
Ableton starts with the BSP but the tracks remain unlaunched...
If BSP is the master I do not get it to launch tracks in Ableton.
Obviously I am doing something wrong..

Can you help me on this one?

regards
Oliver
