Tuning CV Output?
« on: February 13, 2016, 11:39:47 am »
i noticed some offset between midi output and CV output .. i tuned my synth to a C when playing a C3 on the BSP via Midi .. the same Note transferred via CV created a 2 cent lower tone the synth

can this somehow be calibrated?

Hallo i have your same problem, there is a calibration procedure.
you need to open the beatsteppro and access to the trimmers. the calibration procedure must be done
with Midi Control Center connected.  there is a Diagnostic mode you should be able to access after the people from technical support give you a "special file" to put in MCC resources folder.
with that you should just fallow the instructions steps and calibrate.
i'm saying you should because even if i have received this file and placed in the right folder i'm still not able to access the dignostic mode in order to perform the calibration. and i'm waiting for new instructions as the ones i received from Support does not works.

It's probably a lot easier to just tune your synth....
