Just received my beatstep pro last week and out of the box there appears to be a problem with the encoders. I tried reaching Arturia but their communication has been really spotty. I've updated the firmware and check that midi-control center is all good to go as far as knob assignments. What is strange is that encoders 13 through 16 are not changing Pitch, Velo, Gate values at all. However, if I touch them, they do say "C3", which is where they've been stuck since I unpacked the thing. I should mention that I can record my melodies using the pads themselves, however when it comes to editing via the encoders, I'm getting nothing.
I should mention that I currently have it hooked to my Blofeld desktop, so pretty straight forward.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue and possibly a fix? Or am I a nitwit and totally missing something.
