knob 8 buggy behaviour

No matter whether the BSP is powered by computer or usb hub (MBP off) whatever direction I turn knob eight in - in either sequencer the value falls to 1 or C0 if in pitch mode!!!! In drum sequencer it falls to -50
AAAAARRRRGHHH!
I love this thing in principle - using with a moog sub 37 and controlling feedback on a moog delay works brilliantly - but far too many problems
Anyone else experiencing this?

I have the same issue...
seems that the sensitivity of the buttons is toooo high.
E-Static problems, with knobs, too...

Seems my problem is a hardware fault
I posted this again over on the FAQ thread and received some very helpful and timely support from Terrym - many thanks
Having then put in a service email I got sorted out and have taken the BSP back to the shop
Hope you're sorted out soon
