copy and paste notes problem

Yes iam only running 2 synths from the V collection the Mg modular I find that when I copy and paste notes created on this synth they all dont play I have no problems with the native instruments plugins I use also the Mg mini v feedback encoder keeps resetting itself even when saved in analog lab. Thats the thing with arturia they make great sounding synths but they dont test their software properly before releasing them rendering users with vsts that havent been written correctly that aren't bug free when they should be. I know it stresses me out as well  ;
