I am intersted buying the keylab49 producer pack but I have some dubts on It.
It seems a real nice idea (hybrid) in conjunction with a new daw Bitwig, and I love the sound too but I read there are some quality keys and support/customer care issues.
I expect from a collaboration like that lots of videos on the web for showing posibilites and potentiality.
I mean there are nice Arturia vids well done but not exhaustive, and some more tutorial could help.
Anyway there was something on the Keylab which already attracted me, and more now with this bundle.
On the other hand I am wondering if I am going to buy something live, in progress, an interaction between Arturia Hardware, Arturia software and emulation and Bitwig daw or is It an isolated initiative to be abandoned.
I have some doubts, here the most urgent to be dissolved:
Live, Logic, Bitwig switching mappings.
1 I don't understand how an eventual installation of Live script should affect Knobs, faders, mappings.
Is It possible to program it in a way for switching amongs Bitwig, or Live (scripts)?, or Logic configuration?
Can be reversible by pressing a botton and/or it is difficult to switch back to the previous knobs, pads.. etc. configuration?.
In the eventuality I should use Live or Logic and not Bitwig is it simple to map?
Does anyone have experiences on the matter?
Pads.
2 Does pads work as midi trigger or they works just for chords?
Are they usable for playng drum beats and record them or launching at least using Bitwig clips?
I found conflicting information on the web. I read somewhere that they play only chord in analog lab, and that it is no possible to record them while using within a Daw, Live Is it true?
Does anything changed with the full integration with Bitwig?.
thanks for help.
