PATCH CABLES

Can you use TRS (stereo) cables in the patch bay? I have a headphone splitter I'd like to use to send the LFO to 2 different destinations but its male end is TRS. Will this cause any problems with CV?
Thanks!

I use a headphone splitter with a TRS male end all the time without any problems.

Sorry about stupid question and bumping an old thread, but it is dangerous to use stereo patch cords instead of mono? I have read that most modern solid-state devices tolerate this condition well.
