Spark knobs and touch pad crazy

Hi everybody,
I'm writing again because now i have a really serious problem with my splendid Spark...I use Spark in logic pro 9.1.8.
One day i was playing as usual, i tried to move volume and others knobs, when suddenly they went crazy!now all knobs and first of all touch pad don't correspond anymore to their functions!!!for ex...if i try to touch the pad in filter or others mode it works like panning or something else destroying all my settings...and this happens with all knobs too!!!i should reinstate all the default commands and functions, i think, but how???i have to underline that this doesn't happen in standalone mode!!!i'm going crazy because i have many gigs to come...please help me in solving this serious problem!!!

Did you try the Spark Midi controller to calibrate the knobs?

Not yet...but i'll try!the problem is that i don't know if i can in logic...because i start to realize the problem could be about logic midi controls!
But the question is the same...how to reinstate default parameters?What if i try to uninstall and re-install Spark, could i lose my drum kits in logic???
Please guys help me...i'm really going mad!

Hi,
Several questions:
Is it happening only when using the touch pad?
Is it happening when using the mouse?
Isn't it that you are using the new feature we introduce in 1.5 without knowing it (see the first paragraph of this document.)?

Can you make a quick video of the problem, it may help us a lot to understand the problem?

Hi Kevin,
the problem is that i can't play with the hardware controller because every time i try to touch the touch pad, in every mode, or i try to use all the knobs....they correspond to others function and not to the function i need!knobs and touch pad...all the drum pads and the play, stop, pause button works normally!!!in my opinion there's a problem with the key commands between Spark and Logic and all started before the 1.5 update.
If i use the mouse everything works great!!!this happens only with the hardware controller...i really don't know how and why this happend!!!please try to find a solution...i love Spark and i want to play with "HER" with all the parts!

this is really weird.
If their is no problem with standalone it can not be a hardware problem.
I don't think it will have an impact but did you follow the steps on this screencast to disable private port on Logic?

Yes Kevin already done!!!
Even when i disable private port Sparks works the same...
What if i try to uninstall and re-install Spark???Could i lose my projects sounds in logic?

You should not loose anything if you reinstall but you can backup the following folder just to make sure:
/Library/Arturia/Spark/Spark Library/User

It contains all the your presets.

Backup saved most of my files for I had to re-install Spark many times!
