Loading Old (e-licenser) Projects

I am experiencing an issue with the Jupiter 8V (currently on (2.6.1.9).  When I load older projects that used my e-licenser (which is still plugged in), it does not load Jupiter.  So I have to manually open it gain, losing the state that it was in (which is unknown).  Is someone else experiencing this?

Maybe you could upload us the projet and we can check if this happens to us to.
Is there any other instruments in this project that do require a license?
