Hi this ones for Arturia Tech Support and Customer Services, having placed a series of questions 8 days back no response has been received save for a ticket in My Support stating the case is assigned, which it has been for some days.
This I suggest is unacceptable in terms of time scales for customers who are using Arturia Products especially where a user is using Arturia Products professionally. Simple questions to support asking for details of Patch Change selection and using MSB/LSB commands should be covered in the user manuals as it is a function most will need to access, how it can take 8 days to raise a ticket which merely shows your question is assigned is beyond me!
The quickest part of the Arturia site is where they accept your money after which any contact with customers is placed in the Arturia basement of if we keep them waiting long enough they will get bored and go away.
So come on Arturia do YOU stand by your products or not ?
