Arturia Software Center Failure

Arturia Software Center has been failing installation on Yosemite 10.10.1
I need it for VCollection 4 install.
Support said to remove all Arturia files and try again which I did but still won't install.

When it install you can press "Command + L" and it should open a log window, can you send me the log please.

Jupiter8 installed ok on my Mac Air (2012) but only worked in demo mode.  I activated the V Collection and tried to record with J8 as a plugin in Logic X but it won't record.


I've had another license for Spark2 since earlier this year and tried that and it records ok.  Which is another question, since V Collection has Spark I would need to know how to deactivate my current Spark so I can sell the license.


I still can't get the V Collection going on my iMac late 2009 - which is my main and need V4 there.

Hello

I think I found something with your license that may explain the problem, you will receive a message from the support.

and about the logic X issue, we found issues with this DAW on several plug in.
A hotfix is on the way (should come before christmas)

Hello,

This might fix your installation problem:
- Download the latest Arturia Software Center from here: http://www.arturia.com/support/updates&manuals
- Install it
- Then install your V Collection softwares

I removed all traces of Arturia on iMac, installed new software center but it crashes too
