Your problem should be fixed, we are sorry about this, apparently some very old license having no unlock code created us some trouble.
To fix it:
1. Go into the "settings"panel of the ASC and click on the "deactivate ALL" button
2. click activate again on your mini V license
3. And restart your mini V
