Minilab ' no keybord detected '

hello ,
I used the minilab in ableton live 9 as a keybord and it was all working fine .
The analog Lab i would use later so i didnt touch those folders or preferences even the firmware updates i didnt yet.
It stopped working after my laptop did some updates and hotfixes.
no reaction ..... I checked my devices and there was no sign of my minilab .  I tried the differen usb ports but nothing.

You are in for a long frustrating experience with no guarantee of a satisfactory outcome.  Send it back if you can.  Arturia no support will be of no help to you.  One who has been there and done that.
