I think here is the right place to explain my situation briefly.
I purchased my Spark LE a few days ago from local store. However, I cannot get an activation code despite of having a serial number and unlock code in my manual coming out of the device box.
The thing is that I have been waiting for a week to respond someone from technical support to assign an activation code. No response at all.

I will highly appreciate if you could help me out registering and activating my unused device very soon.
