I bought (and registered) Analog Lab one year ago. As a new update has just been released (along with a new activation procedure... AT LAST!!!!
) I went to my arturia/my product and discovered that analog lab does not appear among my arturia products but has been replaced by analog factory!!! I never bought analog factory!!! More surprising : analog factory is registered with my analog lab serial number and activation code!!!
I tried to register analog lab with my serial and activation code but it failed...
I downloaded and installed the new version of analog lab thinking maybe it would not need a new authorization as I already had an authorized copy installed on my computer : Live 9 crashed at launch when scanning plugins... I had to uninstall my legit outdated copy of analog lab...
WTF?
