You know my story... Just purchased SparkLE, excited to get started, and first time trying to register received this error message: "This license number is already recorded in our database." I brought this brand new online.
Searching the knowledge base reveals this frustrating problem has happened to many newbies like myself. Why hasn't this been corrected after all this time?
Furthermore, I can't get technical support since I can't register my product. Come on, this is not cool at all. I even deleted the first account I created and started over. Same results.
I'm sure someone must have figured out a way to fix this by now.
