Hardware controller is not Recognized by my PC KeyLab25 No MIDI devices detected

Help needed

I'm using KeyLab 25 on my windows 7 PC and its showing "No MIDI devices detected" I have updated the firmware to 1.9 but its still not working in standalone or as a vst in FL Studio nor MPC Renaissance.  In the MIDI control center its not syncing either. Any help would greatly appreciated.

I had the same problem with my 49. The answers are in the first 2 pages on this forum. I'm not good at giving you click ons to go to. You'll have to read the posts pertaining to the problem.
 I even sent mine back thinking it was faulty. The problem with windows 7 is a MS one so don't blame the KL. Good luck. the machine is well worth the trouble to get going.

Bobby555 thank you for the reply.  I found the problem by going into the device manager and clicking on the usb port help solved my issue. Thanks
