spark firmware corruption.

I bought a second-hand Arturia Spark and tryed to update the firmware.
Then the electricity got cut off and the spark had a fireware corruption.
Now i need to reset de spark, can anyone help me, please.

I've send some questions to the technical forum on the numbers: - 172344 and 172296;
but got no reactions till now.
