Stop and restart in Logic let Beatstep continue where it stoped before

Hi everybody - today I got my beatstep and still checking it out - but: if I use the space key twice (for stopping an restarting the sequence, beatstep continues where it just stoped instead of restarting from the first step. Has anybody an idea why and how I can set them to be simultaneous? Thanks a lot !

Been having the same exact problem too. Haven't found the solution yet. Can anyone from Arturia help us here?

I tried so many different setups but it doesn't work. Like that the beatstep is inoperative. Wherefor is the EXT.SYNC if it doesn't react?  I waited 6 weeks after ordering to work with and now I cannot use it for my business.  being frustrated
