Registration - MODx Parse Error Solved

Hi,

I'm having this exact problem, just bought the minilab with analog lab software and i get this message:

« MODx Parse Error »

MODx encountered the following error while attempting to parse the requested resource:
« PHP Parse Error »
 
PHP error debug
  Error:   include(http://...@gmail.com&tech=2): failed to open stream: Connection refused   
  Error type/ Nr.:   Warning - 2
