Dream on.

I'd be glad to eat my words on this, but the Origin is a dead product as far as Arturia is concerned.

I would like to see Arturia keeping the promises about the roadmap/milestones, which went public YEARS ago!

Is anybody else here interested to claim for it on a legal way?

dead or alive, I still wish they'd at least fix those obvious malfunctions. I don't expect to have more modules or templates or this kind of new stuff...

I have almost 3000 euros Origin KB which is truly useless as a midi controller. Midi Out sucks. It has normal MIDI outs and also USB midi. Neither of them works without frequent stuck notes. To me this is a clearly a fault which SHOULD be fixed asap. It's not hardware failure, it's OS bug. We've been discussing about it with Philippe (last July) and I must say I am little disappointed that nothing happened….

I must say I am too very disappointed with Arturia and especially their support. This company has worst support in the world of musical instruments for sure. Quite many of us are having issues and they are treating us like trash. Just read my posts about the "Big Knob issue" on the other thread: http://www.arturia.com/evolution/smf/index.php?topic=5367.0

I got few unclear replies from David but when it was time to make a real move to fix it, he went silent. This all started on December and now we are on March. They don't respond to emails or anything. This is just untolerable way of dealing with their customers.

Open your Origin and put a bomb Air and after  Contact Cleaner Spray bomb on your big Knob.
Say me after if it's good.

@Tertior
 If it was that easy I'd think Arturia would have told us to do so. What is pissing me off is the fact that David already promised me to send me replacement parts and instructions how to fix it. But then suddenly he stopped handling this case and never answered my emails. I am sure you understand my frustration. I started this case inside normal 1 year warranty period but now this 1 year has passed because of this 3 months of nothing.

Fortunately I still have Thomann warranty left but last thing I'd like to do at the moment is to send my Origin keyboard to Germany and then to France and wait forever. And with my resent experiences I cannot trust them anymore.

All this for just one malfunctioning knob.

Ahhh Sorry; I beg you pardon.
But no company will tell you to do that.
Write to David and explain him that you do this but you don't want to invalid your garanty.
