analog laboratory download link doesn't work. tried it six times. there are no phone numbers to talk to anyone about this. can't send technical support emails since i can't register a product that doesn't have a working download. purchased the download, received the email, download won't start. refund please. posting this in a forum is weird but i can't get ahold of anyone.
