Canīt delete my License... ???

I canīt delete my License in my Account. I used Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, etc.
The System in "My Account" gave me an answer, that the Lisence ist deleted, but if i make a relogin, the license isnīt deleted...
In the eLisencer Software you canīt delete a license too...

What can i do? 

Or can somebody help me?

PS: I want delete my Oberheim license, because i bought V-Collection 3 !!!

The Elicense software doesen't make me able to delete my license too!

I want to format my pc and reinstall all the soft, so I must buy a Steimberg Key only for this...
