Just purchased the Arturia Analog Experience PLAYER, and I'm really excited to try it out, but when I try to register the product online I get a message saying:

Unlock code
Product
Is the unlock code CaSe SeNsItIvE? I don't understand why it's not working. I've tried to enter my information on several different browsers, and still... Nothing.
What's the deal???
