after 1.4.1. Update, Spark crashed every time if I change the project

Hello, I'm just updated to 1.4.1.!
When I listening through the projects, the Spark crashed (in the "standalone" version) again and again! Not always immediately, but eventually! Hello?  
The Spark is in play mode, with the Jog Dial I change the projects, this simple application does not work!
I also just realized that once again (as a standalone) switch the projects, the snare drum is always the same and does not change the sound with every project!
I'm annoyed again and the beautiful in this weather!
Makes your job right, guys!  

What bothers me also is the compressor in each project, the projects are in different loud.

I use a Quad Core Desktop PC, with 4 X 2,8 GHz, 8GB Ram, Win 7 (64Bit), RME Hammerfall DSP

did you have such issue with 1.4?
I am confused because we did not make any change between 1.4 and 1.4.1.

I think I'm upgrate from 1.1.3 (or 1.1.3.1.) to 1.4.1!
And did 1.1.4. skipped! But I'am not sure about this, but anyway that does not change the problems...
