Does the Mg Modular come with a patch that is close to the solo sound in Lucky Man?

Barely close, but hardly exact.

Do you know offhand which patch is "barely close"?

It's not a particularly hard sound to emulate. I'm sure you can also find a patch on the internet for it (not a saved digital patch, but the knob settings for the Mg 55).
If there is already a patch that sounds close, just tweak it to the record.
There is also quite a lot of analog synthesizer programming instructional materials available if you have not programmed old style synths before.

Thanks, we found a patch that is pretty close in the demo.  Had to adjust the attack and take the echo off of it but other than that seems OK.

Looks like Arturia gets a sale.
