Thomann (German seller) has only controller with the irregular hardware buttons! :-\
So I could not change my Spark...
I have the feeling that Arturia want to sit out this theme.
Arturia says nothing about the problem, I'm waiting for news... ;)

I've the same problem here, the baddest is the Play/Pause button, when I press it totally sticks out of the board, another one is the pattern "11"..

Yeah same here, mostly 11 & 12 in the sequencer.

This hardware issue can be easily handled by your local distributor.
The unit being still under warranty, please get back to your vendor for repair or exchange.
