I've been trying to get email tech support. However, when I do, I never get an email verification by email, nor does the tech support request show up on my "My Account" page. Whenever I submit a tech support request, the automatic message that comes up states that I should receive a confirmation by email, and that if I don't, my email is invalid. Well, that message is pretty weird considering that 1) I'm NOT receiving any confirmation messages 2) My email is PERFECTLY valid 3) and it works for every other thing I've done here on Arturia.
Anybody got any any ideas as to why my email may not be working for tech support?
