Hi, I bought the Suite, two months later I loose my dongle. So finally last week I got a new one...
here's my trouble: how do I download the licenses that were in my old one? I checked my emails from arturia from when I registered the products but no activation codes for some of them.
Can someone please tell me how to this ?
I would email Arturia, but I emailed them on 1-30-10 when I lost my original dongle and I'm still waiting for an answer. almost 3 months later nothing....
For a company that makes most of the awsome software instruments in the industry the technical support for sure is a dread to deal with. (from reading the forums). I'm basically hoping for a soul to answer me back, who has gone thru this before. otherwise I wasted some serious dough$$$$.
