I had a little MIDI/control problem with my Analog Factory Experience gear, contacted Arturia via registered support and I was very satisfied with the speed and accuracy of the given replies. I always got a direct reply as soon as I got back to Antoine (of technical support) about whether the given hint was solving my problem or not. The problem was completely solved in the end and I have learned a lot about the product along the way.
The quality and "style" of the replies from support where polite and to the point. Showing that the staff and Antoine especially are really "inside" of their product(s).
I am a very satisfied customer right now! I have way other experience with other manufacturers. Your support is really outstanding.
