Can't Log Into Account

I tried to log in and couldn't.  I then tried the 'forgot password' function.

I get a success message when I click the link sent to me.

But, I still cannot log in with the new password given.

I get the 'incorrect username or password' error.

What am I doing wrong?

Fields are case-sensitive, make sure not to introduce lower or upper case if not specified.
