i have sent 2 messages to arturia, 1 is at least a week old. it would be nice to know if someone was attending to your issue or has at least seen it! i own a registered copy of miniMg and jupiter 8 which i bought a while ago. when i recently tried to login to my account to activate version 2 i was unsuccessful. my account seems to have vanished. so i created a new account and tried to re-register my copy of miniMg, which led to 'invalid serial and an email has been forwarded to the arturia support team'. i have not heard back from them either. please help. arturia it would be nice to know if you have received my emails.
