I bought a new boxed and sealed copy of CS-80V last week. Everything is intact, including the plastic card with the license code.
I tried installing it today and when inputting the code, the installer tells me that the code is invalid.
Really not sure what to do now. I cannot register to get Tech support and so have emailed sales support and messaged Antoine, because in searching this forum, I noticed some other users having similar issues.
Why would this be happening? Is it fixable quite easily?
Other than that...the demo of CS-80V sounds sweet
Just have to wait for this issue to be resolved..hopefully !
It's my first Arturia product, so not sure what is happening...
