Generating a new Activation Code for Jupiter-8V

Hello,

I sold my Jupiter V and removed the registration from my account @ Arturia .  The new user has successfully registered the new software under his name.  He already has a Syncrosoft dongle so he doesn't need me to send him the one that came in the box.  How can he generate a new set of activation codes for his dongle?

I thought there may be a button like you have with the MiniMg V, but neither of us could locate this.  Is there another way to generate this, or must support do it manually?  If so, how long does that usually take?  We are trying to avoid shipping that little dongle overseas.

You can not get a new activtion code.
If you sell syncrosoft protected software, you also need physicly to transfer your dongle activation to the buyer's dongle.

- Connect both dongles to the same computer.
- Launch the license control center on that computer
- Select "License transfer" from the menu
