Unable to send a mail to Support

Hi board,

I'm really having a hard time sending an email to the support, concerning a problem I'm having with my MiniMg V.

The problem is that I registered it ages ago with an email adress I don't have anymore, and I don't remember the password for that account.
I have an actual account with my new adress, and I would like to be able to re-register the MMg in that account.

I tried a hundred times to send an email to the support, but everytime I click "send", I'm given an error message saying "Errors were detected in that form" (but in french "Des erreurs ont été détectées dans ce formulaire).

I've tried every things possible to send that email, but no luck...

Do you have a direct email adress I could use in my mail client so I could send my email adresses (both old & new) and my serial to the suport, in order to get rid of the problem?

Please help me!!!

Hi G-Box!

I'm having the exact same problem with no luck whatsoever. I did send an email using http://www.arturia.com/evolution/en/company/contact2.html, but as of yet, no response.

I'm sure that someone at Arturia monitors these forums on a regular basis. Hopefully one of them will get back to us directly. Pretty frustrating experience overall.

im having exactly the same problem, no one is answering my emails
