this is pretty weird...when i bought my arturia last year, i do not know it exactly any more, how i do registered my factory.
my computer has no internet connection, and i worked with the challange response key! is this the reason why i can not log in with my emailadress??
can the new owner register this product with the old serialNo???
i tried to write a few emails to the tech support, but no reason! i need your emailadress to write a PM!
