question about CS-80V compatibility......help?

I have an iMac G4 that I'm running OS9 on.....I track all of my music into Digital Performer via an 828 Motu Firewire piece.......I've never used a plug-in before, but now that I see there is a program for a CS-80, I need to......my question is, will I be able to run CS-80V in Digital Performer 3 on my G4?  sorry.....I'm all new to this.......any help would be greatly appreciated.....

Under OS 9.0.4, I run CS-80V in DP2.72 as a VST plugin using VST Wrapper.  Works fine.
