Tech support was very good at getting me a second disk to try to resolve the issue that the install disk was corrupt upon mass dup/ coping. The wav.dat file is damaged. However i have had no response in weeks to my followup emails that the second disk also has the same problem. I've done the home work and found the problem for you guys. A quick simple resolution is to place the wav.dat file on ftp for us, its large but most of us have good connections.
i was able to click "ignore' on several problems during install and ge the program loaded on my old laptop, but it creashes frequently from whatever doesn't load properly. $200+ is a big investment for me, this was no shareware program, i eexpect a working product out of the box.
Mr Mg will not be happy to hear of the quality of his product being produced and sold, i can assure you.
