So, i fired up the good old prophet v today but abit of a challenge came up. It seems my dongle is dead. The little red LED in it doesn't seem to be lighting up, and the prophet v isnt detecting the dongle on any of the USB ports i've plugged it into. Any thought and or suggestions on who i can talk to to get this issue resolved. I use the prophet v quite a lot in my sessions and i need to get it working again asap.
